Description Using a team-based approach, Dr. Gale primarily serves students diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome; Autistic-spectrum disorders; ADHD; oppositional behavior; social skills deficits; and related development disabilities and/or severe emotional disturbance. Services include: (1) Functional behavior and functional analysis assessments; (2) Psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic assessment; (3) Behavior support and/or intervention program design/implementation; (4) Customized computer-based data collection strategies to track student progress and staff interventions; and (5) Time-limited individual and group treatment for children and adolescents with social skills deficits; (6) Basic and in-depth staff training in areas of positive programming, pragmatic intervention strategies, discrete trial training, understanding developmental disabilities and emotional disturbance, using technology in assessment and treatment, and specialized behavior observation procedures. Dr. Bruce Gale is a clinical psychologist and former Chief Psychologist currently on staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with over 20 years of experience working children and adolescents. His company, Behavior Tech Solutions, is focused on the development of applications for educational and mental health settings. |
